My passenger side turbo seal blew a few days ago. It's leaking oil everywhere on the back side of my engine block=burning oil pouring from under my hood. Ok so my real question is what's the next smart step in this process? I found this when I searched...''kkrofft (OH) on July 17, 2008 excessive oil pressure would be if some oil passage was plugged or the relief spring was stuck. TT's frequently loose turbo seals when fitted with free flowing exhaust and no cats. Don't panic till you do the pressure test.''....I have no cats and divorced downpipes, so what can I do to prevent blowing my other turbo's seal? And are the Garret upgrade turbo's, I'm thinking 550s, able to handle this issue without blowing seals or is there something more serious I need to address? Thank you for any help. I know this is kind of a long post but I have little knowledge about this subject.
